As a member of Vive's Executive Team, Danielle is a natural leader with a strong background in business analysis and managing expertise. Focused and flexible, Danielle is a Results-driven Mental Healthcare professional with strengths in communication and collaboration. As one of the founders, she has been critical to securing our National Joint Commission certification, as well as accreditations from all necessary boards and regulatory bodies.
Having considerable experience in operations management and new growth opportunities, Danielle provides a wealth of much needed business acumen that is allowing Vive to position itself as a leader in the adolescent emergent care industry. From processes and procedures to foundational employee culture terms, Danielle has been integral in creating the foundational elements of Vive. She is passionate about helping teens find the resources they need to be safe and has worked tirelessly to implement a program that could assist families suffering aimlessly through a mental health crisis.
As a mother of 8 Danielle knows a little about what it takes to raise kids and the challenges they can struggle with as they find their path. She is an advocate and fighter and believes in being engaged in causes that promote awareness, inclusiveness, and hope. When not at work, Danielle can be seen helping out at her kids PTA events or spending time with her family doing anything, as long as its together.
